Indonesia is one of the study areas because it is one of the areas prone to natural disasters, such as tsunamis, floods, volcanoes, and earthquakes.

The speakers invited by CSID are experts and experts in the field of natural disasters and their handling of various institutions, including the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB), the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the National Development Planning Agency (BAPPENAS), BASARNAS, and also invited parties from PetaBencana.id.
