About CSID 26

The Center for Sustainable Infrastructure Development (CSID) is a research center under the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Indonesia. CSID focuses on sustainable infrastructure development through interdisciplinary research, policy formulation, academic collaboration, and knowledge dissemination.

CSID addresses strategic issues in water management, building technology, sustainable mobility and smart city development, infrastructure finance, and asset management. Through research, publication, public engagement, and collaboration with national and international partners, CSID contributes to advancing sustainable, resilient, and smart infrastructure development in Indonesia and the ASEAN region.

To conduct interdisciplinary research in sustainable infrastructure development.

To support evidence-based policy formulation in infrastructure, urban development, and sustainability.

To strengthen academic, government, industry, and international collaboration.

To disseminate knowledge through publications, public lectures, policy briefs, seminars, and community engagement.
